Sean graduated summa cum laude with a masters degree in Physical Therapy and a bachelors degree in exercise science.  He is a personal trainer with more than 17 years experience.  He is a professional natural bodybuilder with 20 years of competition experience.  He is also a loving father of 4 who understands the need for a balance of exercise and health along with the importance of family.  In addition to the bodybuilding accomplishments below, Sean has also trained for and ran multiple full and half marathons.
